Sites for selling your own home
 

I am planning to try and sell my own home and was wondering if there are other sites to use other than TOTV? Thanks all.

I sold our home from Zillow. There is also for sale by owner dot com

I'm sure there are several more. Also had a flyer professional produced by a graphic designer.

Don't know if you have already thought of this, but we purchased a home inspection report to show prospective buyers that there was nothing wrong with the home.

We were able to get our asking price.

I know someone who sold a home that was in the 600K range on here in about three weeks.
