Info. re: Dr. Daniel Spurrier
 

Dr. Spurrier is a neurosurgeon who once practiced here in The Villages. In the fall of 2014 he aburptly left and no one knew where he went. I've been curious too as a former patient of his so periodically did google searches of him. Found this information today as an FYI for those who also have wondered. Hope this is helpful to some of those folks.

He went through a nasty divorce. Wife got everything so he had to close the office. Has traveled to work interim assignments.

Dr Spurrier was a good Doctor....he was not "cut" happy and took time to talk to his patients. The Villages loss is Virginia's gain but I am glad to see him in practice again.
