Flooring?
 

When I was being shown around some new homes in Brownwood they all had tile floors. I’ve always been partial to hardwood. Is that done, or even possible, on a slab? Is there too much moisture from a slab? I never cared for laminate, I like the real thing over a photo of wood. Also, has anyone done granite or marble flooring? Curious.

They had hardwood floors when I built my home in 2012. My neighbors have hardwood and it is beautiful. They also now use tile that looks like hardwood. Because I have pets, I would have put in the tile that looks like hardwood if it was available when I built my home.
