Lawn Maintenance Trimming and SPRINKLER GUY

I have been here for long enough and have had no luck finding a RELIABLE lawn maintenance guy. I live north in Chatham.
I have someone for insect, weed and fertiliizing.
I need someone to cut lawn and trim bushes. No big deal.
The main issue is that i need someone to periodically check sprinklers MONTHLY because all of my problems have stemmed from lack of water due to broken sprinklers or service that is less than desirable.
I simply want someone that would take care of my lawn like it was his own.
