The 20 Questions I had yesterday on the FunTrivia Knockout Tournament had two relating to the South African language and wildlife. Or, to animals near there. I had an academic year of Reading Dutch at the University of Minnesota so I got the Afrikaans Language question right but could not tell a zebra from a okapi in the other. Dutch and Afrikaans are related languages. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compar...aans_and_Dutch

This week I fell to the South African player who seems very fast and accurately. I got a 1710 and he earned 1810. Many of the questions were US based so I wonder how he gets all of these right. Perhaps he/she is a transplanted American or went to school here or just loves US culture.

I was unlucky on my last two guesses too. Luck does have a lot to do with these multiple choice games.

I really wanted that 2016 weekly win though.
