I am looking to have attic stairs (pulldown) installed in my garage...looking for recommended handymen or companies that have done a good job at a resonable price.

No matter who you select, ask for a certificate of insurance--In Fl Insured & licensed usually means-The person has a driver's lic & his vehicle is insured.

Another vote for Tim and spend the extra and go with the aluminum stairs. Well worth it.

Another vote for Tim Miller who did a good job on mine. He also does attic flooring but ask for plywood. It is stronger than the OSB he put in mine
