Patty Q. Slupe of PQ's Appliance Repair. Patty is unbelievable and has had decades of experience working for Sears. She gives (according to her card) FREE OVERPHONE ADVICE. She fixed our older washer and dryer recently and saved me from having to purchase new replacements. She is outstanding!!!
