I once heard this example. One million dollars in one hundred dollar bills would create a stack one foot high. One billion dollars in one hundred dollar bills would create a stack as tall as the Empire State building without the antenna.

Say the population of the USA is 300,000,000..............spread the $1.3B to everyone, that's $4.3mil each.
