Zoysia Green ...

I am not sure what to think of Zoysia Green …

I had been a customer for well over two years. My lawn, under their care never really got green green. It wasn’t bad, but maybe average or less. I called about a year ago and a senior guy came out … was very good, and provided a special treatment on the house. It got the yard green … really nice which showed to me they at least can do it when they try. But, then over time, it fell back to where it usually was.

They normally provided service every two months. But then early this week, I realized hey, they never serviced my yard in December. No bill stuck in the door. And the yard looks crummy, even for December when it’s going to turn a little bit anyway.

Finally, I said … why am I putting up with this? I called another yard service and hired them.

I called ZG and told then I was terminating. The lady seemed, well, bored. She said “ok.” That was it. No questions. Then she said …you owe us for December. I said you never showed up, and never got a bill. She said her records showed they did and would send me the bill. Then she said thanks and hung up.

So much for that … plus the new contractor noted that my yard has brown fungus in a few areas.

Zoysia Grass did a real number on my lawns. It is full of fungus and brown spots and weeds. I complained a few months ago and it never improved. I a looking for a new service. This is a hard nut to crack in TV. In six yeas I have had at least 3, all of which I fired.

Ok.....why don't you let everyone know who the new contractor is so that if we need someone we don't have to go through the process of PM to find it out?

same with me, Zoysia looked real good after one application and then down hill from there. Lawn is full of weeds and bermuda grass. They came out and shook his head from side to side saying that should have been taken care of. I just cancelled.

Zoysia Green lawn care

Recently fired them
What a terrible job
Doesn't anyone have a great lawn company?!

I have been using Deans for almost 3 years, very reasonable results. The only lawn that is consistently better are the neighbors that do their own, but they do not hire out.....

Sorry to hear of the yard problems but a good way to get zoysia and st. Augustine to green up is to use a high nitrogen nutrient.
