Choosing a Health Insurance: Our Experience
 

For us, selecting and changing our Health Care Insurance plans with all the complexities of co-pays, deductibles, and limited access to only certain doctors was a confusing process. I ran into serious issues with the Medicare plan offered here in The Villages and even worse problems when my spouse (under 65 years old) tried to navigate the Healthcare Marketplace for her insurance.

Thankfully, someone suggested we visit MFA (Mid-Florida Agencies). Their office is located just off Rt. 466 in The Villages at the Palm Ridge Plaza 11974 CR 101, Suite 105. Their in-depth knowledge of all the variables, unlimited patience in answering questions, and willingness to help us – without any sales pressure – was amazing.

We left without making any decision but later returned and with their guidance selected a policy that was the same price as available on the phone or on-line, but with none of the confusion or pressure. It was a great experience and we couldn’t be happier.
