The services can still be provided if you are out of town. As long as the water is turned on/left on by us or a caretaker/property manager and appropriate doors are left open...it's very simple.

Beware, might look worse afterwards

My concrete under cover of the lanai went from great to splotchy after pressure washing. No warnings that cleaning could make it look terrible. Was told this is "normal". Very unhappy.

What does it cost?

I have a pressure washer, but if reasonable may just let someone else's arms hurt.....:confused:
