I guess you are trying to elude to the tax credit for the middle class people - I assume you are one the people earning over $250,000 that you think you might be affected in any way but good.

Eddie, Taking from the struggling, hard working folk to give money to a bum is not what the democrats are trying to do! I love ya, but your reasoning is silly!
People do not want hand outs, as you and others suggest. They want to find work that will keep a heated roof over their heads, and food on the table. People still have pride! They don't want to worry about losing the homes they have worked so hard for because of no affordable healthcare. $800 per month for health care is impossible for millions of people. They want to be able to take a sick child to a doctor or hospital, without the worry of thousands of dollars debt. These are basic necessities that people struggle to acquire. People want self sufficiency and are willing to bust a nut to get it. They want to know that hard work will pay the bills.
If you want to live in the woods and be a lazy bum, I have no sympathy. If you want to sit at a street corner and beg for money when you have the physical ability to work, I have no sympathy. None. If you can't find work, I will not give you money to support bad habits, I will buy you a meal. If you do find work, (jobs are few and lay-offs are huge) you should be able to make a living wage. If you are a server in a restaurant and give decent service, I will tip you, no matter what your political agenda!
If I can't tip, I stay home. :icon_hungry:

Sorry Eddie. If I had known I would have replied differently. It didn't sound like something you would do, but I still had to put my .02 in. The lecture was for all the folks that think democrats want something for nothing!! It just ain't so, Joe.

You deleted the topic, so I look like the arse. Guess I should delete all my posts also!
