Obama And Bill Clinton In Kissimmee Wednesday
 

Both President Clinton and Barack Obama will be appearing in a rally on the Oseola Horse Farm in Kissimmee on Wednesday morning. It's only a 90-minute drive, fans.

I wonder if one of these was in the motorcade I just saw on 27/441 about 2:30 p.m.? I was heading north and saw a couple of motorcycle police with lights flashing heading down the southbound lanes. I paid little attention until I saw a couple more. By now I suspected these were outriders closing off intersecting roads. Then over the hill came a phalanx of (I'm NOT exaggerating) at least 50 motor police in formation. At first I thought it must be the funeral cortège for a fallen officer. But, this was followed by a couple "unmarked" black sedans with blue lights flashing (can you spell Secret Service), a full size totally blacked out bus, another white bus and a half-dozen sheriff's squad cars.

If this is the way our political leaders have to travel today then I feel sad. There was enough fire-power in this army to take over a small country.

Don't know for sure. Just made an observation that could coincide with Kahuna's statement.

This could have been Senator Biden coming into Spanish Springs for some Kilwins ice cream!! It was reported on TV's radio station!

I didn't know he was in Ocala today until after I posted my comment. You are most likely correct as he apparently made a speech at a rally down south around 5:45 p.m. I hope he didn't have to buy ice cream for that HUGE police escort.
