Has anyone tried the Rose Wellness Clinic in Sumter for weight loss?

Best advice: Follow a 1400-1500 calorie balanced diet in 3 meals a day, avoid fats and complex carbohydrates, don't eat after 7 PM, drink 6 glasses of water /day, take a multivitamin while dieting and exercise 1 hour/day.
You'll do better than 99% of those who go to a "weight loss program" and save a ton of $$$ in the process. |
My opinion on fats goes with the saying "everything in moderation", including fats such as avocados, olives,nuts, natural peanut, nut butters (no extra additives)...
