A possible solution to Tree hackers that "Hatrack"
 

At least in the Town of Lady Lake in the Villages too. A new ordinance now is much stricter than deed restrictions, and any licensed and insured Tree cutter can get a sticker for his truck (attached) i wonder how many will get legal…...

Getting legal to some independent service providers means becoming responsible forbtheir actions and even held accountable. Takes away from the thrill of door to door knocking and sales ripoffs.
