Dermatologists Again
 

Only certain Dermatologists in The Villages do business with my medical insurance company. Does anyone have experience, good or bad, with the following Dermatologists?

1) Lake Dermatology: Doctors Jorge Torres, Sheila Torres, and Kevin Chun
2) Leavitt Medical Association - Advanced Dermatology: Doctors Larry Garland, Scott Podnos, Michael Bond, and Colleen Macinnis

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

My hubby and I have both used the second group, Dr. Bond and Dr.MacInnis. I had a small bit of sun damage removed from my bottom lip. Hubby has had a couple of moles removed and will have another done next week. Good experience.

My husband and I have both used Dr. Bond's group. No problems with office staff, appts, insurance filing etc. He has Medicare and I have Aetna. (the reason we chose this group was insurance participation) We both go twice a year because of previous dermatological problems. We have both been seen by physicians and by the physician assistant. We have no complaints.

I've been going to Lake and seeing Sheila Torres for the past 4 or 5 years. She's very thorough with my yearly exam. Had a few moles removed and had no problems at all.
