I just did as well.

I was having trouble with the "forbidden new site" with foxfire. Went to Tools/options/advanced/network/cached web content and "Clean now". Now I can read the forbidden site news paper again. Had to do it with my hubby's computer also.

Working fine with IE11.

No problem
 

Safari on ipad, no problem.

Each time I go to the other website and click on a story to read, after about a minute I hear a commercial in Spanish with music playing in the background, no picture though as you would see in an advertisement. I have NOT clicked on anything to make this happen. It's been doing it all day to me. Odd?????
