Bealls on 441
 

I have just driven along the front of Bealls and noticed the following:

In the parking lot there is a pedestrian walkway between every row. At the end of each walkway there is a marked cross-walk to the store. Yet, without exception, everyone we saw going from their car to the store walked down the center of the car lane, then across the road between two cross-walks

As the saying goes: "You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink".
