St Charles
 
Has anyone bought in St charles yet. We are thinking of purchasing a CYV in Hortensia. Wondering if we are going to be out there by ourselves ( a little creepy)

it is a new section, just now starting to do the designer homes around that villa. nice area. not to many in that area yet, go some on down the road already

I'll be closing on a CYV in ST Charles on Nov 26th

We live in Poinciana. St. Charles is right behind us, lots of people all around.
