Odd survey letter
 

So my survey letters came today in the mail.
I opened the first on and at the top it says..Please go to website . It's blank.

The second paragraph third line...by accessing the website " " and entering. This is blank too.

Third paragraph...documentation on the website. . This is blank too.

The second survey is the same.

So all of the website info is blank. I have been doing this since 2010 and have not had blank website info. Anyone else have this letter?

They stopped sending me survey letters:D

My letter says the survey period doesn't begin until March 7. Does yours start earlier?

The website will be blank until the date the survey begins. Someone said March 7

Should be written right on the letter.

At the bottom of the letter, it says to call 753-4508 if you have any questions or need help.

I would call and ask.

No mine starts march 7, but all website info is a blank space on my letter, so there is enough room for web, but noting is the printed

There's nothing to call about. When you logon on the 7th, it'll work.

Not the actual website to do survey, but the letter to inform you what the website is. Find all info blank in each area on letter. Would not be able to go to survey site with out that info on the letter. It's blank in three areas of my letter. Maybe I have asked for the moon in the past and they are sending me the letter with out www. LOL. Strange that both of my survey letter are missing that info:shrug:

Can't work since I have no info on letter of what site to go to. So not trying to do survey early, Info for site is missing on survey letters.:pepper2:very odd, it's not white out is just blank

I'm sure these are just computerized letters with fill-in fields. For whatever reason, your letter did not have the website fields filled in. On my letter, they are filled in....

So, I'm not sure if you're needing the website or not. If you need the website that's blank, it is: thevillages.net

Hopefully, your unique access codes were printed on your letter....

Thanks yes codes are on both letter, just not site, just find it amusing that both letters are blank. I must have really asked for all of my wishes to come true on the last survey

A simple phone call would get the right answer................

Look at it this way; at least you got a survey letter. That should make you feel good.

All of those three spots on our letter are filled in with:

TheVillages.net - Login - Email, tee-times, computer support - serving The Villages, Florida and the Tri-county area.

Interesting that the web site is printed in blue and underlined as a live hyper link might be on a web page. (Please note that all of the info after .net is not on the letter).
