Villages "Biggest Loser" Challenge
 

I had recently asked if anyone would be interested in participating in a Biggest Loser challenge. There was a good response, but I cannot find the original posting, so I am putting it out again. Have found 2 trainers who would work with us so now all we have to do is find the names of those interested and I will contact each of you with details. The challenge is to compete with two teams for weight loss with diet and exercise supervised with trainers from two local gyms. We will set the challenge to 10 weeks.
This will be a fun, but challenging opportunity to truly cut those excess pounds and inches. The thought is to maybe challenge village against village, or perhaps, gym vs gym. All the details have not been yet determined as I am asking those who originally showed a desire to participate, to let me know and we will go forward from there. Please respond and we'll be off to a slimmer, healthier body for this wonderful lifestyle in which we live.

I've done my losing already and incentive eases the journey. the grim reaper has already taken several swipes at me with his scythe and i wanted yo be in better shape to outrun him next time. if this will incent you run to it you'll be happy you did.

ready to work out the final details of getting Villages Biggest Loser Challenge started. we have lined up two trainers from "Anytime Fitness" gym. One from the gym located off 441/27 and the other gym off 44. If you have United Healthcare with the Silver Sneakers, the gym is free with your health plan. we will have a nominal fee from the private training of each gym. the thought is to have enough participants with each facility and to challenge one Anytime Fitness against the other. Still hoping to get more people interested and wanting to get this going.
