Not exactly that brand but there are some like it on Amazon. Just type in Volvo life paint.

I found different brand on Amazon, but it said that it was for textiles and would come off when washed.

I don't think I'd be interested if I had to constantly re-apply it.

Type in "reflective paint" into Goggle, and you will many options for permanent reflective paint options. I did not have time to look at all of these. You will also find references to reflective tapes and other options.

This is the stuff from the Volvo video. It’s advertised often in magazines. I’ve have not tried it, yet.
