Great Remote Computer Help?
 

Anyone had experience with remote computer help companies? I've been using a company called GeekBox (based out of Utah according to a young man I spoke to yesterday) and they're great.

Who do you use for your computer problems (and don't say grandson! Because mine tries to steal my things whenever I ask him for computer help.)
