Pots for plants, where to buy?
Pots for plants are so expensive. Where do you all buy them! Prefer ones that have drainage. Thanks.

A couple of years ago, I found some at either Home Depot or Lowe's. There was a long wall in the garden department. There were lots of choices -- wherever it was. You might want to try both stores.
Sometimes, you can drill holes in the bottom if there are not any. Also, it helps to do a layer or so of rocks or broken clay pots in the bottom. That helps with drainage. |
Check out the ones in front of Publix. They are large and nice looking and affordable too.

We find a good selection, reasonably priced, at Home Depot. My husband uses a masonry bit to drill drainage holes if there aren't any.
Of course, Fairfield Nursery has gorgeous ones, but they can be pricey. |
I was just at Colony Publix. They have big decorated pots. I picked up one and looked at the price. It was $19.95. It had one drainage hole.

Someone posted a need for pots in Wanted to Buy and I sold them a whole bunch of them for free. I gained some space and they got the pots they needed. Give it a try.
Sorry that I do not have any more to give you. Z |
Tuesday Morning has some beautiful ones right now! $12 to $30/$40

Pots etc
I bought some nice looking fiber glass pots at Rural King (Leesburg) last year. Look like glazed pots but are much less costly and not nearly as heavy.
