consignment shop for golf clubs?
 
We have having a string of out of town guests and would like to pick up some extra golf clubs.

I know there are frequently some good deals in the classified ads, but we are also wondering if there are any used sporting goods stores or consignment shops close by that might carry clubs.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Dottie, I think Jim's golf shop on 441 has a few used sets for sale.
I have a set of ladies right-handed golf clubs for sale, but they are PETITE clubs, so not really suitable for guys.
I bought them last year at Amazon, they have reduced the price considerably since I bought (the story of my life, lol).
I would sell my gently-used Aspire clubs for $90.
I need regular clubs, not petite. Actually, nothing helps my game, I could golf with wooden sticks.

Too bad I'm not in The Villages now! I would be interested in your petite clubs!

Dottie, I sold my petite set of clubs to a very nice petite lady.
However we also have an old, mismatched set of regular right-handed clubs with a golf bag.
It's pretty "low end", but please feel free to borrow it any time you have overflow golfing company.
