Looking for some good recipes to try.

Our favorite is to cut a pound of sausage into 1/2" slices, fry it in olive oil in a very large skillet (we use a wok with a lid) with a large onion chopped into large slices. After it starts to brown, add a whole head of cabbage also cut into large pieces. Season however you want, we use only black pepper. This is really good, a favorite for years.

Thanks for the Pinterest suggestion. Look for other recipes there, so used to Hillshire etc. sites for kielbasa. Imagine I will find a lot on Pinterest.
