Dog Strollers - Do you have suggestions which are good or bad?

Do any of you have suggestions on good or bad pet strollers? I'm looking for one used. I don't know much about them. I want one where you can completely enclose the dog. I see different ones have different wheel configurations. Just wondering what other people like or dislike in their strollers.
