Trust atty costs

I went to an information seminar with Andrew curtis. He advertised 499.00 for a trust. Anyone know cost with any other atty and if that cost included the mortgage filing fees

Why do you need a trust?
Will you be able to keep your homestead exemption? Trust must be done correctly.
Sounds too cheap if you need a trust and expensive if you do not. You can minimize probate costs by titling assets correctly.

Trust

I just had a 7 figure Trust, changed Medical & Financial power of attorney and amended a couple things. have known this same guy from Millhorn Law Firm for a couple years now. He is VERY thorough telling you want you can and cannot do as to setting up a Trust and has just opened his own Office. Send me a phone number and I'll give you his name and explain more in detail...if your interested....The guy's really a great guy and FREE consultation......Oh and by the way...you'll like his prices

Andrew Curtis updated our Maryland Trust for $100. He put in language to make sure our homestead exemption could not be challenged.
