PEZ Company Easter Egg Hunt Fiasco
 

This came up as a news item on my computer and when I checked it out I just could not believe what I was reading.

It looks to me as though PEZ set up three fields on their property for their annual Easter Egg Hunt. They put down thousands of Easter eggs for the children. The parents and adults took no notice of the announcer and ran through all three fields stealing the Easter eggs, pushing over small children and taking their eggs and breaking their baskets.

Is this still America?

It always has been that way. Some think they are the only ones on the planet.
I remember fighting off adults at Easter egg hunts 35 years ago.

OMG, just Googled it and found it on CNN. Looked like PEZ tried to do the right thing, and give away free goodies to the disappointed kids, and that failed due to very long lines. A sad commentary on the times.
