Tee time residents/rentals update...
 

I did talk to the management of the tee time system this morning. There are times set aside for the lifestyle facilities. If the times are not filled by guests they automatically go into the system for assignment.

Regarding rentals (by The Villages) there are no preferences or priorities. They are entered into the system the same as residents and are treated the same way.

They also clarified for me that the new homes that recently were built near Lake Sumter Landing are both rentals as well as for sale.

How or why would the people at the golf tee time system be aware of the status of the homes at LSL?
