To our new home in The Village of ST Charles, Hortensia Villas. Not many neighbors yet. They are still building around me

Jump right in to groups, clubs, activities and lifestyle.
There is much much more than what you see on TOTV. Newspaper gives list of recreation schedule each day. I recommend you go to what interests you and try each before you join. They all encourage a first free visit. Bars are also a great way to make friends -if bars are for you!:pepper2:
Soon you will be having so much fun you don't have enough time!

hi barry b,

welcome to your new home. i moved into hemingway in aug during hurricane fay and for a while i thought i was in a ghosttown, but come labor day all the neighbors began to arrive and it was great. i have a feeling the same will happen to you after everyone spends christmas with their families up north. you will be very happy here, i am sure...congratulations...

We close on our villa in Hortensia on Dec 23. We will not be there for closing but will probably arrive around the 28th. We are on Huckleberry St(1790). knock on the door or look for us walking around the complex. We are very excited.
