Turning in your Comcast equipment
 

In past years I've taken my Comcast devices to their office across from Walmart on 27/441.

Have you used the method where they ship empty boxes to you for pickup/return to them? How did that work? Did it cost extra?

A week ago I took equipment to the Leesburg office...........had a twenty minute wait. Very helpful staff!

I used the box return method.
Took to UPS store.
They give you receipt and proof of return.
No charge.
No problem.

Took my equipment back to the Comcast office across from Walmart, last week and it took all of ten minutes.

We have also taken our to the UPS store. Took several months for us to get a credit and make sure you check when your item was received and by whom and print it out off your tracking #.

I have UPS equipment back and they missed a digital converter I returned despite the fact that I sent along a letter with the serial numbers etc identifying my returns. they took my word and it as over.

I have used their location on Lady Lake locations but despite being off season had a long wait. It was great news to hear someone say they only had a ten minute wait.
