Building Construction on 466A
 

There is a new building construction on 466A between the Pine Ridge entrances that does not appear to be on The Villages property.

It looks like it's going to be a fast food place, but I'm not sure.

Anyone know what it is?

Yes, I agree - based on a "Coming Soon" sign which might have been removed to give way to the equipment.

So far, it looks it could be a small convenience store, bank or even a fast food franchise. Whatever it may be, I hope the traffic signal at 466A and Micro Racetrack Rd. is activated before the place opens for business. Located on the corner of an intersection like that, it could be a traffic nightmare.

I am guessing the office for the RV storage facility.

That is what it looks like. I think I remember the self storage place was going on the north east corner.

the coming soon sign has been up for a year and a half.....I guess soon is now.

I looks like the lot at 44a and powell is going to be medical offices soon according to the Site Which Shall Not Be Mentioned......the cart trail will finally go some where

Negative. The article refers to property across Powell Road from that cart path: "Three separate property owners plan to pool their efforts to build a commercial complex on the northwest corner of Powell Road and County Road 44A near Brownwood."
