Has anyone used Constantin Cora for home watch, house inspection or lawn service?

Have never heard of that specific person but may I suggest you get a copy of their liability insurance and bond if they will be entering your home.

I use "The Village Sitter", Charlene Manieri. 267-481-0588. She also lives in St James. She is recommended by scores of people here on TOTV and does an amazing job.

We live in mid Villages and have been using Village Watchdogs since 2007.
Some Homewatch companies only work in the newer areas of The Villages.
It makes sense now that TV has turned into a large city.

We just got back from Disney. Charlene text is everything good at the house. She makes sure when I get there, I can walk in and relax. Yes there are many homewatch companies, the village sitter is my third. I have no worries when Charlene and her husband Steve take care of my house

Another vote for Cunninghams! They are a complete home service. They offer house opening/closing service, cleaning, transfer of keys between renters with or without welcoming baskets, golf cart rental, and handyman services. Beyond that, these two villagers are just about the nicest people you will ever meet anywhere! They have been taking care of our home like it was their own for two years.
