You know, looking at the various "favorite musicical gropus/acts" list got me to thinking. How's come local groups like the Villages Dixieland group or the Villages Swing Band never get to play at COTS or on the squares? Hmmmmmmm

I love swing. I love jazz. Jazz is hard to dance to.

I don't know, I'm sure they know how to find the folks who book 'em,
maybe they're not interested?

There are almost as many types of Jazz as there are types of dances. Many Broadway and off Broadway shows use the jazz genre when employing musical numbers which include dancing.
