AXIS 360 reading app
 

My Sumter County reading App..Axis360. is blocking me for some unknown reason...won't accept my card #.. anyone else having trouble??.. of course it happens on a Sunday when I can't call the library

Having same problem. Tried downloading the app again and that didn't work. Will have to call the library to ottos.

Axis360 has been a pain ever since the library switched to it. It stops responding in the middle of a read and requires me to log in again, is sometimes difficult to get into and all in all is anything but user friendly. I may have to go back to reading actual books.

went to the Library yesterday because of this issue... they said there was a problem with Axis and no one was able to get on it.... they "were working on it" and didn't know when it would be up again

I'm back in business as of last night. Still not a fan of AXIS360 however.

The new system is horrible.
