Prefer 5 night min; I have had much success over the years with folks who want to breeze in and look around at homes AND from folks who want to visit parents and grandparents without imposing at their house.

Have you put these on Airbnb? It's a wonderful way to rent out unused space. Many interesting people are into Airbnb, both hosts and travelers. It is a worldwide service and sure beats a hotel room for a few nights.

Yes. Both are on airbnb. I get 50% of my rentals (non Jan-Mar) from there, and I achieved 'Superhost' status this year.

I will be staying at an airbnb home as a tenant two times this year also.
