Hello all. It is currently 8 degrees, and I spent most of today snowblowing.
Here is a picture I took just after I cleared the driveway.
The pile at the end of the driveway is over 5 feet.
Man, I wish I was there!!

Thanks for the picture. I had 53 years of that.
The schools in Chautauqua Co. were closed on Friday and again today. Some
places had 4 feet of snow.

I am not sure why I opened this thread...I should have known better.....

I am flying NORTH this afternoon...right into that mess Frank!! We will be in Roc and Syr for 2 1/2 days....whirlwind tour of visits to friends and families.....then back here on Christmas night....

You will be fine.....Rochester and Syracuse did not get this one....stopped in LeRoy. These two storms got Batavia and Buffalo and the southtowns the worse.
Enjoy.......please consider taking me back with you....put me in the suitcase, and I'll pay the $15.00 extra bag fee.......:laugh:

I heated my home and all my domestic hot water with an outdoor woodburner (stick it to the Arabs).... anyway, call me nuts, I miss cutting firewood... nice pix.

We are here in Webster...right on Lake Ontario...can almost see Toronto from here....BUT....as beautiful as it is.....


I MISS FLORIDA!!! I suppose I will be grateful to see family and friends for a few days....and be able to come back home....to florida....
