Need Reputable Termite Company Recommendations
 

I plan to do my own General pest control but for Termites, I want to contract with a Company who has a very good reputation. I have read good and bad about Massey and Deans. Our home is only 2 years old and am sure the Builder did what they had to do when it was built (maybe ?). I want a Company with an excellent reputation who will do a thorough treatment with a quality product. Of course I will need the warranty / bond.

Any recommendations would be great.

You will have a sticker on who originally did treatment. We bought a home that did not do anything after initial treatment. It was expensive to get coverage from any company. We finally went with deans cost in the middle of the estimated cost. They did bring in a dog that went thru the inside of the house and out, no termites gave us bond and coverage

Dogs can confuse carpenter ants with termites but that could also be a good thing.

I plan to go with Deans unless someone can recommend someone with a much better reputation.

Deans is as good as any especially if they issued the original bond.
