I believe Allure Loop is in Buttonwood. Maybe you mean Atlas Dog Park on Moyer Loop? If so, call Community Watch for answer.

Atlas Canine Recreation Park Closure

In our efforts to keep the recreation facilities in optimal condition, the Atlas Canine Recreation Park will be closed for maintenance from Monday, May 2, 2016 to Sunday, May 8, 2016. It is scheduled to reopen on Monday, May 9, 2016. This schedule may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather. We apologize for the inconvenience. Any updates on this??? I may broaden my and Beau's social horizons with a trip to Atlas Canine Dog Park once it opens.
