Taxi Cab service in TV on New Year's Eve

I'm coming to spend New Year in TV and don't drink and drive so I wondered how hard it is to get cabs on New Years Eve?? I know in some places cabs are hard to come by (if any) especially on NYE. Any recommendations, please for cab companies? Can one book in advance? Guess I'll be looking for a cab around 4pm. from El Cortez to Lake Sumter Landing returning around 9:30pm. Any suggestions, please? I don't suppose TV offers a shuttle service between the two town squares? Thanks & Happy New Year everyone.
