Looking to make the patio outside the Lanai but don't have a lot of room. Looking for recommendations for contractor. Thanks

Please check with community standards (ARC review) before you proceed. You state that you do not have a lot of room, so you may be very limited as to what you can do. There was a case recently where someone installed a birdcage without approval and now has to remove it. The process is very easy, and once you have approval, you will have the information for your contractor.
