Agreed.....Heaven's Best really are the best!

We used Stanley Steemer twice and they were good, but the last time we had to ask them to redo, which they did grudgingly, and it isn't something we have ever done before, ask a carpet cleaner to redo. We have our carpet cleaned fairly frequently and use Spot Shot effectively for spots in between.
