Front yard lamp post replacement

My lamp post seems to be rusted out below ground. Can anyone recommend someone to replace the post?

Any reputable electrician can handle this.

Don't know how this works in TV, but in my last Md home, the power company came out and replaced the pole without charge. It had to do with a community exception from light pole requirements if each home was required to have yard light that came on each night.

I don't think we are required to energize the pole light, but interesting question.

I thought that we were required to keep it lighted.
Hope someone who knows--not guesses- will respond to our quiries.

If so required, it would be noted in the deed restrictions.

Lenhart Electric had an ad in the paper recently. I don't remember the price but give them a call at 748-5818(Sumter County).

The deed requires each residence to have a light pole. It does not say it has to be lighted.

Thanks for the info. Here's what I did. I called TV warranty Dept and they looked up the address and said Pike electric put it in so I called them and they came out the next morning, took 45 minutes to replace it and charged me $145.

That's the smart way. The price, that was for a completely new post?

The key word is reputable. That label can be hard to find in TV. Many wannabees.
