Palm scam
 

We tried Unique Landscape for four palm trees. Three died in the first several weeks. They have replaced one, which subsequently died as well. Now, weeks have gone by and they ignore our calls or promise to come "tomorrow" with replacements, but they never show up. WE STRONGLY URGE THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Do you have a written contract with Unique Landscape which spells out the warranty (guarantee) on the Palms they planted? If so, are the Palms warranted for a specific time? If you have a written contract and the Palms have a guarantee, perhaps you may want to take up your case with seniors vs Crime.

While I thought I had read where you have to have 10 posts before you can recommend or complain about a vendor, it's still good to know if there are ripoff's out there.

I am thinking of getting a couple of more palms myself, but in doing a search on this site that name sounded familiar.

Is this the same company?

Just go to Home Depot, save big $$$
