Where to send amenity fee

We closed by mail on our cyv in St Charles and received a small package with very few instuctions. I need to know where to send my amenity fee and is it due on the first of the month? any help would be appreciated

Would seem to me that monday morning you should call those that handled your closing. They should be able to answer your question and others that you might have regarding the closing.

Don't worry, you'll get your amenity charge with your water/sewer/trash bill. It's all consolidated now. They'll let you know what to do and where to send it.

Check your HUD statement. The first months amenity fee along with water sewer and trash should be on that statement (line 1308). In other words you already paid your first months fees. Ask your bank for a Preauthorization Debit Authorization form and fill it out and fax it to the Amenity Office and the amount will automatically be taken out of your account on the first of each month.

When it comes to being paid, they'll find you, don't worry.

Actually, don't count on them "finding you". We also closed by mail and one of the documents that we signed was a form to request that our amenity fees be billed to us up north. After not seeing a bill for close to 2 months I called them. It turns out that the request to send the bill up north was not put into the system and our bills were being sent to our TV address. They were very nice about it and didn't assess any late fees, but despite most of the process going like clockwork, don't count on it being perfect.
