Will finally be at TV on Friday!
 

The house and furniture sold, the pod is packed and gone and we are on our way south later this week. We took your advise and sold everything and now will rent until we find our dream house. I understand we will need 2 realtors, one from TV and one "regular" realtor. We've had contact with a Villages realtor. Can anyone recommend a non-villages realtor.

In order to get a good comparison look at communities surrounding the Villages. Take your time. Your opinion of what you like will probably change after a few months. You will probably be surprised.

We have found that the 3 years we've been snowbird renters that our likes/dislikes have changed.
