Where is Dr. Alvarez- cardiologist
 
My husband and I are patients of Dr. Alvarez located on 441 opposite TV hospitale were told she had left the practice. We have received no official notice that she's no longer with the practice, but were told privately to expect a postcard with Dr.alvarez's new location. To date, nothing. Can anyone give me an update?

She has moved to Sharon Morse building.

Dr Nitza Alverez is on West Main Street in Leesburg

Thank you for your input. We were told she no longer is associated with the Leesburg.

I called the Leesburg office today and was told Dr.Alvarez is leaving in July and has not disclosed her new location.
