want to down size

We have a home for sale in villages and want to downsize to a courtyard villa or smaller home--if you are selling such property and are wanting to go to a bigger house we could buy yours and you buy ours if both properties are satisfactory.

Where is the home you are selling, and what style home is it?

Do you have any pics? My mother in law is looking for a Designer home in TV, and we do have a Patio Villa for sale..

You can email me with the details..

Thanks...Donna

HOLY MOLY!! She's looking to buy another home that will be vacant? F16, Mik, what do you all think about this? She'll eventually own all the homes in TV and they will be empty!

Interesting,
I have a 2 bedroom courtyard Villa in Duval and have been looking at some of the new models for a little more space? But I do like the courtyard, the private yard and my neighbors

What the heck is a fruit bandit maid?????

graciegirl 01-19-2009 05:24 PM

Coconuts. There is a person among us, unnamed, who when out with a group from TOTV saw a serving cart with many small plates of fruit sitting....just out, unmanned, unguarded, unloved, and this person, felt the compelling urge to serve those lonely plates of fruit to the gathering at hand. I don't know if she was caught by the previous owners of the fruit or not, because the teller of this story was unable to complete it because the teller was gasping for breath laughing so hard.

Coconuts, if you give me money I will tell you who it is. This is an honorable intelligent woman too.

Coconuts 01-19-2009 05:37 PM

Petty theft. Now that's a disappointment. See, I was hoping a fruit bandit maid would be domestic help that would go out early in the morning and liberate all the lovely citrus from the neighbors' trees. Have you SEEN all the fruit just hanging out there going to waste???Why don't they pick it???Why is it often just left all over the ground, inviting mice and rats and YOU KNOW WHAT up the food chain????? I'm paying $3.00 a bag for this stuff and I drive by abandoned fruit everyday. This would NEVER happen in RI. Everybody's grandmother would be out there before breakfast cleaning it up.

OMG Donna another home!!!! You truly are a land baron. When we wanabees finally get to TV we will have to buy a home from you since you will own all of them.

So Bad...

You peeps are so bad!!! If I can get my mother a house she likes, I will be there sooner than later!!

Now, stop all the comments and let me get down to business!

Yours Truly,
Donna Trump
