I'm confused, did you have a roofer change your tires?

We've been warned about what ?
If you are going to make such a statement, you should at least give some details as to what happened and how you are working "with" the state.
I'm pretty sure if he's a home contractor, I'm not going to have him change my tires.

Clearly you didn't understand the comment, so I help...the tire mention just just say....don't trust him to even change a tire much less work on any construction issue
